Resources for education

In this page you will find animations on the structure of polymeric materials, mechanical deformation of polymers, crack formation and propagation, scratch testing, and true stress vs engineering stress.

To visualize the animations, download either the large-size or small-size file to your computer and double click on the file. These are all .avi files and can be open with Windows Media Player or similar software. Both animation sizes have the exact same data - the difference is only the quality of the image.

Email us if you have any problems downloading or running an animation file.
